False Alarm

Hari ini gue ngalamin hal yg cukup bisa dibilang lucu, bodoh, dan menegangkan. Apakah gerangan itu? Nah, ini berada dalam tema 'false alarm'. Gue baru nginjakkin satu kaki di metro nomer 12 saat gue sadar ada suatu tas sport hijau tua yang tampak telah tertinggal. Tas itu menempati salah satu kursi lipat dimana tidak ada orang di sebelahnya. Gue, untuk duduk disampingnya juga jadi rada ngeri, so I took the seat opposite. However, there was one lady on the other couple of folded seat but she did not seem to care all that much. So there I was, disamping gue juga ada orang sih. Terus terang aja hati gue sempet gak sreg juga ngeliat tuh tas terlantar... it seemed... suspicious. Tiga atau empat stasiun berlalu, no one talked. Dalam pikiran gue udah macem2 terlintas! Especially after the mini bomb at the Indo Emb a while back, I'm on super alert. I remember thinking that with that much explosives, it was going to be Barcelona's sequel- not very funny. I can't say that I was 'dead' scared, because it wasn't true. I kept thinking that this sort of thing cannot and will not happen in front of my eyes. Nevertheless, I opted to keep my head down dan berzikir. Afterall, emang cuma itu yg gue bisa lakukan.

Saat gue udah lupa itungan stasiun, the woman beside me took her chance and 'asked' the lady near if the bag belonged to her. Obvious answer was heard. Now more people panicked, stood up, stared at the bag in teror. Di muka mereka terbaca -gue-harus-segera-turun-dari-ni-metro!!- dan -i-don't-wanna-die-yet! atau enggak -Noo!!-I-never-even-got-to-get-married!-, hehe canda deng, karena 'frenchies' kan mempunyai visi yg beda dalam hal satu itu :p Anyways, akhirnya ternyata a rather aged woman yg duduk di empat kursi khusus berdiri dan mengakui bahwa tas itu miliknya. Helaan nafas pun mengisi gerbong. Haha, yg lebih lucunya lagi, dia bilang dia udah berhasil memberhentikan 2 metro karena tas-nya itu! Well Hellooww! Ckck... bukannya ditaruh disamping dia ^ ^;; People, the way they think, and what they let others to think... benar-benar membingungkan. Gue pernah denger gini, wajah asli seseorang hanya dapat terlihat saat ia mendekati kematian.
